In order to streamline AltanaESP Network & System support requests, problems experienced by network members, difficulties encountered by system users, participant questions and better serve your online needs in general, AltanaESP Pty Ltd deployed a support ticket system under the guidance, auspices of and in conjunction with SASCEC.

The primary goal of the SASCEC (in particular SASCEC's policies) and AltanaWatchdog symbiosis is to establish and sustain a reliable quality assurance procedure for the AltanaESP Network & System by means of a ticket system (i.e. AltanaWatchdog). Which can be used by registered AltanaESP Network Members and System Users to either issue a support, warning and/or alert ticket, when something does not take place in accordance with the guidelines as laid down by SASCEC.

Every ticket issued is assigned a unique ticket number, which you can use to track either the progress and/or responses online. For your reference we also provide complete archives and history of all support requests received. A valid email address is required to either submit a support, warning and/or alert ticket.
